Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what information SEO Marketing Solutions handles, why it is used, how long it may be kept and how you can exercise your rights.
We believe a privacy policy should help you make an informed decision. This document describes the current static website at seomarketingsolutions.pro, including its contact form, email and WhatsApp actions, privacy-choice banner and consent-controlled analytics.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
The website is operated by Nitu M. Adrian PFA, trading through the SEO Marketing Solutions website. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact [email protected].

2. What information may we handle?
We collect only the information that is needed for the purpose you choose. Depending on how you use the website, this may include:
- Contact and enquiry information: name, company, email address, website, monthly marketing budget, main goal and message.
- Communication information: the content of an email or WhatsApp message you choose to send, together with the date and the contact details needed to reply.
- Privacy choices: whether you accepted, rejected or selected optional analytics or marketing categories. The current implementation stores this preference in browser local storage.
- Technical information: information that may be present in normal server or security logs, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, date and error details. The hosting and server configuration should be checked with the hosting administrator for the exact retention period.
- Analytics information: Google Analytics data only after you choose analytics or accept all. The current site does not load the Google tag before that choice.
3. Why do we use this information?
4. What happens when you use the contact form?
The form asks for information that helps us understand an SEO opportunity. When you submit it, the browser currently stores a copy in local storage under the site lead key. The form then gives you two direct options:
- Send via Email: opens your email application with a pre-filled message addressed to [email protected]. You remain responsible for sending the email.
- Send via WhatsApp: opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message addressed to the business WhatsApp number. WhatsApp then processes the message under its own terms and privacy policy.
Local browser storage is not a secure CRM, formal submission inbox or guaranteed backup. Do not include passwords, payment card details, health information, government identifiers or other sensitive information in the form.
5. Who may receive information?
Information may be accessible to the business operator, its authorised service providers and the technical providers needed to operate the website. Depending on your action, this may include:
- the website hosting, server, security and infrastructure providers;
- your selected email provider, when you send an email;
- WhatsApp and its related service providers, when you choose WhatsApp;
- Google Analytics, only after analytics consent;
- professional advisers, authorities or other recipients where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect legal rights.
We do not sell personal information as a business practice. The current website does not use advertising technology that sells or shares visitor information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the responsible provider should use an approved mechanism such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard. The exact provider list should be confirmed before this policy is relied on as a complete vendor register.
7. How long is information kept?
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to respond to an enquiry, manage a potential business relationship, comply with accounting or legal duties, resolve disputes or protect legal rights. Browser local storage remains until you clear it, remove the preference or the site changes its storage implementation. Email, WhatsApp and server providers may have their own retention periods.
8. Your rights in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom
Where the GDPR or similar data protection rules apply, you may have the right to be informed, access your information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing, receive portable information, object to certain processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
To make a request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to understand the request. We may need to verify identity before disclosing or changing personal information. You may also contact the data protection authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe a breach occurred.
9. California privacy rights
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to you, you may have rights to know about personal information collected and used, request deletion, request correction, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and receive equal treatment for exercising privacy rights.
The current website does not sell personal information and does not use a third-party advertising network for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can submit a privacy request to [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for making a valid privacy request. We may ask for information needed to verify the request and may apply lawful exceptions.
10. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a small static website and the information described here. No online service can guarantee absolute security. The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website, providers, services or legal requirements change. The latest version is published on this page with its update date. For questions, rights requests or corrections, contact [email protected].
